LAVORO Lavoro was born from tradition, but grew through engineering. We manufacture professional footwear. We design for performance. In 1988, we were, with great pride, shoemakers. People who knew how to work with leather, respect the material, feel the shoe in their hands before seeing it on the market. People who learned from mistakes, from use, from the ground up. Today, we continue to respect all of that… but let's be clear: we are no longer just shoemakers – we are professional footwear engineers. We design, calculate, test, and certify. We talk about ergonomics, safety, biomechanics, biomedicine, podiatry, and performance. Shoes are no longer just made: they are designed. And this evolution says a lot about who we are as a company. We develop solutions that protect, stabilize, and enhance every step in the work environment. From heavy industry to precision logistics, from agriculture to engineering, and even including military forces, each Lavoro model is conceived and designed to meet the real demands of the terrain. We produce with complete control over the process – from design to sole injection – because we believe that safety is not a detail: it's a system.
